Convenient Telehealth Counseling with a Licensed Professional

Support for Anxiety, Panic, Depression, Life Transitions, Codependency

I’m Adam Hallock (he/him), a licensed therapist in North Carolina (LCMHC #10567) and New York (LMHC #007771). With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve learned that therapy isn’t about “fixing” or “curing” people — it’s about creating space for self-insight, meaningful change, and greater self-compassion.

I specialize in supporting people who are navigating anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, codependency, and life transitions. My style is warm, validating, and trauma-informed.

In our work together, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches — but more than any technique, I believe the heart of therapy is connection. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and perspective as you explore new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
